The district

Isola Design District is a territorial marketing project that provides visibility and opportunities to artisans, young designers and emerging brands, promoting local stores and restaurants, involving the historical and artistic resources of the area.

Isola Design District è un progetto di marketing territoriale che offre visibilità ed opportunità ad artigiani, giovani designer e brand emergenti, promuovendo le attività commerciali locali e

Exhibition Concept

Projects will be organised in:

a collective exhibition of hand picked design products, displayed together in a pop-up concept store;
dedicated areas for individual brands, with

spaces available from 1,5sqm to 15sqm.

una mostra collettiva di prodotti di design selezionati,

esposti insieme in un pop-up concept store esperienziale;

aree dedicate ai singoli brand, con spazi disponibili che

vanno dai 1,5mq a 15mq.

Installation Concept

1:1 scale drawings of imaginary architectural

spaces, with a perspective that will make you feel inside them.

Products will be integrated to these installations, to make visitors experience them.

In MDM 2018 edition images have been made by the Dutch Architect Sven Jansse.

Disegni in scala 1:1 di spazi architettonici immaginari, con una prospettiva coinvolgente.
I prodotti saranno integrati con queste installazioni, per far sì che i visitatori li vivano appieno.

Nella passata edizione le immagini sono state realizzate dall'Architetto Olandese Sven Jansse.

The last edition of Milan Design Market was one of the main events of Isola Design District. Over a crowd of visitors, it got so many

important articles and interviews with its designers from the press.
